(727) microwave scrambled eggs

Microwave Scrambled Eggs
Martha Stewart
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T rice milk
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • cherry tomatoes, for serving
Put eggs, milk, cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl and mix well, breaking the yolks.
Stir in the green onion.
Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.
Gauge how much more you need to microwave and stir in between intervals.
(I did 30, 30, 40, 40)
Cover with a paper towel for two minutes, then serve with tomatoes.
